At room temperature, 1,3-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole-5-ol (1.12 g, 0.01 mol) and (2.02 g, 0.02 mol) triethylamine were sequentially dissolved in 20 ml of dichloromethane.The low temperature bath was cooled to 3 C. To the above mixture, 5-(methylsulfonyl)quinoline-8-carbonyl chloride (2.83 g, 0.0105 mol) was added dropwise at a drop rate of 1 drop / 30 seconds.
