At 0C, NaH (902.12 mg, 22.55 mmol, 60%) was added portionwise into a solution of Example 1A (5 g, 18.79 mmol) in DMF (30 mL) and stirred for 30 min. The residue was purified by column chromatography to give the title compound as a brown liquid (2 g, 26.95%). 1H NMR (400 MHz, CHLOROFORM-d) delta=8.00 (s, 1H), 4.48 (q, J=7.3 Hz, 2H), 1.45 (t, J=7.2 Hz, 3H).
