The mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by column chromatography on silica gel using CombiFlash apparatus, eluting with EtOAc/hexane (10-60%). The purification gave 0.580 g (69.0% yield) of the sub-title compound as a colorless oil. LCMS calc. for C11H18N5O4 (M+H-t-Bu+H)+: m/z=284.2. found: 284.1.
