General procedure: To a solution of HATU (174.17 mg, 0.459 mmol) and 3-isopropylpyrazole-5-carboxylic acid (59.85 mg, 0.388 mmol) in DMF (2 mL) was then added diisopropylethylamine (92 muL, 0.529 mmol).
