Under N2 protection and a condition free of water and oxygen, Intermediate 2 (1000 mg, 4.78 mmol) was dissolved in N,N-dimethylformamide (15 ml), which was cooled to -15C, and sodium bis(trimethylsilyl)amide (4.78 mL, 2 mol/L, 9.56 mmol) was added, followed by stirring for 30 min, and S-cyclopentylsulfonyl chloride (1.37 g, 8.13 mmol) was added dropwise, followed by reaction for 16 hours at -15C.
